What paperwork does the committee get?

A written building condition report after the survey, an itemised quotation broken down by area and stage that can be circulated to members, and the signed 10-year warranty on completion. All of it in a form you can attach to a meeting agenda.

How is a society contract billed?

In stages against completed work, agreed in the quotation before anything starts. Nothing is added later unless the committee approves it in writing.

Will residents be disturbed?

We phase execution wing by wing and work within the hours the committee sets. Material is stored in one designated place and the site is cleared at the end of each day.

Do you offer an AMC afterwards?

Yes — an annual maintenance contract with a pre-monsoon inspection and minor repairs included. It is offered after handover; it is not bundled into the original price.
