Water is coming up through the basement floor. Can that be fixed from inside?

Yes. Negative-side pressure is exactly what crystalline tanking and PU injection are designed for — the treatment is applied from inside and works against water pushing in from the soil, so nothing has to be excavated.

Can this be done while the parking level stays in use?

We phase it bay by bay. Residents lose a few parking spaces at a time rather than the whole level, and the schedule goes to the committee in writing before we start.

Does it work if the basement already floods every monsoon?

Active leaks get plugged with rapid-set mortar first, then the structure is injected and tanked. We also check the sump and the drainage, because a basement that floods is sometimes a pump problem wearing a waterproofing costume.
